Electronic Servo Roll Feeds and Air Feeds
PRE Electronic Servo Driven Roll Feeds are low maintenance, precision, high performance machines. The rigid design, keyless drive components, and state-of-the-art drives ensure accurate, repetitive feed lengths, making our Servo Roll Feeds the best choice for your pre-press needs.PRE Air Feeds have proven to be the fastest, most accurate, and easily adjustable air feed in the industry. Over 240 standard models are available. All PRE air feeds, hitch feeds, and bridge feeds can be easy fitted with pull-through straighteners, mounting brackets, guides, and automatic oilers to fit your application. All feeds can be modified to accept tubing, extrusions, or other shapes.
Powered Straighteners and Pull-Through Straighteners
PRE has the right straightener for your application! Our Powered Straighteners feature pneumatically actuated pinch rolls, variable speed drives, machined side plates, and independent straightening roll adjustment using worm gear and cross shafts. PRE also has a full line of Pull-Thru Straighteners that can be attached to any of our Air Feed or Electronic Servo Driven Roll Feeds. Two plane Wire Pull-Through Straighteners are available for wire, tubing and bar stock.
Pay-out and Take-up Reels
PRE Payout Reels offer superior performance at an affordable price. The reels feature sturdy welded steel construction, self-centering support shoes, keeper arms, and large bearing support blocks. Matched coil cars available. PRE reels are designed to be self-supporting and require no special foundation or counter weights. Fixed Core Reels, Air Expandable Stock Reels, and Rim Drive Reels for spools, are available in custom widths and weight capacities. Both Motorized and Non-Motorized versions available.
HVAC and Cut-To-Length Machines
PRE Cut-To-Length Machines are designed around our standard Air Feeds, Electronic Servo Roll Feeds, Straighteners, and Shears. This gives the customer a wide range of width, thickness, and material options at an economical price. Combined with one of PREs motorized pay-out reels, these systems offer the smoothest operation available..PRE HVAC Cut-To-Length Machines are designed to produce blanks for “S”, drive, or other cleats from coil stock. Other Cut-To-Length Machines are available for producing blanks with notches, punched holes, angles with a swing shear, and part numbers from coil stock.
